Pink Moon will be returning as the supplier for the premium Boutique accommodation offering at Boardmasters 2025.
A festival bringing you five epic days of music, surf and beach lifestyle, all set to the stunning backdrop of the Cornish coast.

Boardmasters 2025 is open from Wednesday 6th August until 12pm Monday 11th August.
PAYMENT TERMS
We require 50% payment when initially booking your order. The remaining balance is due at the latest 6 weeks before the event.
You will receive payment reminders from 12 weeks before the event
ACCESSIBILITY
You can request to pitch up in the accessible camping field by letting the festival know on your Access Request Form or getting in touch with them via email so they can make arrangements for this adjustment. Please note this must be requested in advance, unfortunately it isn't possible to fulfill these on the day.

GROUP NAMES
If you are booking separately but want to guarantee a spot next to your friends, you need to book the same product and add exactly the same group name.
Make sure to add your group name before the cut-off date; this is 6 weeks before the festival!
PARKING
Each booking comes with ONE complimentary pass for the premium onsite car park, you can add this to your booking during the check-out phase. The car pass will be posted to the billing address on the order closer to the festival. For any extra parking passes please get in touch with us and we will send you a link to book and pay.
General car parking is not included with the weekend ticket.
MAKE CHANGE TO YOUR ORDER
If you would like to add a group name, change your bedding configuration or maybe upgrade your order, please email (no changes can be made within 6 weeks of the festival) - Pink Moon Presents Email
A re-entry fee will apply each time your vehicle leaves and re-enters the car park during the festival period. All re-entry fees go to the Boardmasters Foundation.
