What do you need help with?
You can - only if you purchase the same product. I.e. 2 Person Super Deluxe Bell and a 4 Person Deluxe Bell will not be together but both 3 Person Super Classic Bells would be.
You also need to ensure the GROUP NAME is EXACTLY the same.
N.B We cannot group a new order placed within 6 weeks of the festival with an existing order.
Every site is different! We always provide Toilets/Showers/Pamper/Charging and a fantastic service as a staple though.
Please visit the website for the event and click on the product you have ordered then the details button will show all the features included with your tent.
Please check the event guide for the show you are looking at to see the facilities we will have on site.
Changes can be made subject to availability. We are unable to make amendments to orders within 6 weeks of the festival. We try to accommodate requests where we can so please email info@pinkmoonpresents.co.uk or use our contact form to fill in the correct information.
There may be a fee which you need to pay for any alterations.
Our refund policy is clearly outlined in our T&Cs.
Unfortunately all the pitches are already electronically allocated before Pink Moon arrive onsite and we cannot manually alter the site plan. We are unable to meet special requests such as position in the row or nearer the facilities.
Guests can however be pitched next to friends in the same size and tent type as long as they enter the same group name during the booking process. Please note this facility is only available until approx. 4 weeks before the festival. We can only put you next to each other not opposite.
Accessible guests ( must have a valid Nimbus Card) email www.pinkmoonpresents.co.uk should you have a special request and we will do our best to accommodate your requirements. We must be made aware no later than 4 weeks before the festival.
