Electric Picnic 2027

Our campsites open at 4pm on Thursday 26th August for early entry ticket holders only, and from 8am on Friday for all weekend camping guests. Sites close at 11am on Monday 30th August.

Reception is staffed daily from 8am until midnight (from 4pm on Thursday for early entry guests).

Your festival ticket

A festival ticket is required in addition to your Pink Moon accommodation and can be purchased through Ticketmaster.

• Arriving Friday–Monday: a General Camping ticket is all you need.
• Arriving Thursday: each guest needs a Festival Early Entry ticket, plus our Pink Moon early entry pass.

Early entry is an optional add-on that lets you arrive on site a day early, on the Thursday.

It costs €20 per person and can be added in the accessories section once you've chosen your tent package. Already booked? Simply log into your account, open your order and select the "Add Accessories" tab. Early entry can also be paid for on arrival at €25 per person.

You'll also need the festival's own early access ticket, added in the "Add-ons" section when you purchase your Electric Picnic ticket.

The site opens at 2pm on Thursday for early entry guests.

If you are booking separately but want to guarantee a spot next to your friends, you need to book the same product and add exactly the same group name. 

If you have already placed an order, you can add the group name through your account. Make sure to add your group name before the cut-off date; this is 6 weeks before the festival!

General car parking is included with the weekend ticket. This is based on a first-come, first-served basis at the ‘weekend parking’ general car parks.

More information on parking will be sent out closer the event.

Please note we cannot amend an order or add a group name within 6 weeks of the festival.

Should you need to cancel your order a cancellation fee is applicable.

Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancellations up to 180 days prior to the start of the event incur a 25% levy of the total order value.
• Cancellations between 180 and 42 days prior to the start of the event incur a 50% levy of the total order value.
• Cancellations within 42 days of the event are non-refundable.
• Cancellations must be made in writing to our email info@pinkmoonpresents.co.uk

We recommend you take adequate travel insurance to cover your booking due to unforeseen circumstances.

All cancellations are subject to our terms and conditions.

You can choose to pay 100% at point of purchase or in 2 instalments - 50% when you buy and 50% due 6 weeks before the festival.

The 2 instalment option is available only up to 12 weeks before the festival. 

You will receive payment reminders from 12 weeks before the event. Please login to your account to make your final payment - We do not take automatic payments.
