TICKETS
You can purchase your tickets for In It Together via Skiddle.
General Camping Tickets will suffice for the weekend and can be added here -In It Together Tickets
GROUP NAMES
If you are booking separately but want to guarantee a spot next to your friends, you need to book the same product and add exactly the same group name.
Make sure to add your group name before the cut-off date; this is 6 weeks before the festival!
PAYMENT TERMS
We require 50% payment when initially booking your order. The remaining balance is due at the latest 6 weeks before the event.
You will receive payment reminders before the event.
MAKE A CHANGE TO YOUR ORDER/CANCELLATION
If you would like to add a group name, change your bedding configuration or maybe upgrade your order, please email (no changes can be made within 6 weeks of the festival) - Pink Moon Presents Email
Should you need to cancel your order a cancellation fee is applicable.
Cancellation and Refunds
- Cancellations up to 180 days prior to the start of the event incur a 25% levy of the total order value.
- Cancellations between 180 and 42 days prior to the start of the event incur a 50% levy of the total order value.
- Cancellations within 42 days of the event are non-refundable.
- Cancellations must be made in writing to our email info@pinkmoonpresents.co.uk
We recommend you take adequate travel insurance to cover your booking due to unforeseen circumstances.
OPENING TIMES
Thursday Early bird ticket holders can arrive between Midday-7pm
For those without an early bird ticket, we open from 9 am Friday 22nd May until 11am Monday 25th May. Last check-in is 7pm Friday
Our reception will be manned from 9am to Midnight each day (Thursday from midday).
PARKING
Pink Moon do not have their own car park at In It Together.
General car parking is NOT included with the weekend ticket. This can be purchased for £32.15.
You will have to purchase this when buying your festival ticket.
