TICKETS
You can purchase your tickets for In It Together via the In It Together website.
A General Camping Ticket is all you need for the weekend and can be added here -In It Together Tickets
GROUP NAMES
Booking separately but want to pitch up next to your friends?
Make sure you book the same product and add the exact same group name to each booking. Group names must be added at least 6 weeks before the festival.
PAYMENT TERMS
All cancellations are subject to our terms and conditions.
You can choose to pay 100% at point of purchase or in 2 instalments - 50% when you buy and 50% due 6 weeks before the festival.
The 2 instalment option is available only up to 12 weeks before the festival.
You will receive payment reminders from 12 weeks before the event. Please login to your account to make your final payment - We do not take automatic payments.
MAKE A CHANGE TO YOUR ORDER/CANCELLATION
If you would like to add a group name, change your bedding configuration or maybe upgrade your order, please email (no changes can be made within 6 weeks of the festival) - Pink Moon Presents Email
Should you need to cancel your order a cancellation fee is applicable.
Cancellation and Refunds
- Cancellations up to 180 days prior to the start of the event incur a 25% levy of the total order value.
- Cancellations between 180 and 42 days prior to the start of the event incur a 50% levy of the total order value.
- Cancellations within 42 days of the event are non-refundable.
- Cancellations must be made in writing to our email info@pinkmoonpresents.co.uk
We recommend you take adequate travel insurance to cover your booking due to unforeseen circumstances.
OPENING TIMES
Thursday early-bird ticket holders can arrive between midday and 7 pm.
All other guests can arrive from 9 am on Friday, 28th May. Check out is by 11 am on Monday, 31st May.
Reception Hours 7 am – midnight daily, opening at midday on Thursday.
PARKING
Pink Moon doesn't operate a dedicated car park at In It Together.
General car parking is not included with your weekend ticket and must be purchased separately when buying your festival ticket.
