All you need-to-know
TICKETS + OPENING TIMES
You can purchase your tickets for Reading Festival via Ticketmaster.
General Camping Tickets will suffice for the weekend and can be added here - Reading Tickets
Reading Festival 2027 is open from 10am Thursday 26th August until 11am Monday 30th August. Wednesday weekend camping ticket holders will need to purchase our early entry ticket. Wednesday entry from 4pm.
Our reception will be manned from 8am to Midnight each day.(Wednesday from 4pm for early entry ticket holders)
Age requirements: All unaccompanied guests must be aged 16 or over.
GROUP NAMES
If you are booking separately but want to guarantee a spot next to your friends, you need to book the same product and add exactly the same group name.
Make sure to add your group name before the cut-off date; this is 6 weeks before the festival!
PAYMENT TERMS
All cancellations are subject to our terms and conditions.
You can choose to pay 100% at point of purchase or in 2 instalments - 50% when you buy and 50% due 6 weeks before the festival.
The 2 instalment option is available only up to 6 weeks before the festival.
You will receive payment reminders from 6 weeks before the event. Please login to your account to make your final payment - We do not take automatic payments.
PARKING
Pink Moon does not have their own car park at Reading. Information about the closest car park will be published closer to the event.
MAKE CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER/CANCELLATION
If you would like to add a group name, change your bedding configuration or maybe upgrade your order, please email - Pink Moon Presents Email
Please note we cannot amend an order or add a group name within 6 weeks of the festival.
Should you need to cancel your order a cancellation fee is applicable.
Cancellation and Refunds
- Cancellations up to 180 days prior to the start of the event incur a 25% levy of the total order value.
- Cancellations between 180 and 42 days prior to the start of the event incur a 50% levy of the total order value.
- Cancellations within 42 days of the event are non-refundable.

We recommend you take adequate travel insurance to cover your booking due to unforeseen circumstances.
