Can I transfer or pass on my booking to someone else?

Yes — you can pass your booking on to a third party, subject to the following conditions:

• Your booking must be paid in full before any transfer can take place.
• The booking cannot be transferred for profit or resold commercially. You may only pass it on to someone attending in your place.
• The name on the booking cannot be changed. The third party will attend as your guest, and you remain our customer of record and retain responsibility for the booking.
• The third party will need a copy of your order confirmation (printed or electronic, displaying the QR code) to gain entry to the site.
• All communications — including information packs and updates — will continue to be sent to the email address on your account. It is your responsibility to forward relevant information to the third party in a timely manner.

Pink Moon Presents does not offer a resale service. Any booking resold commercially or transferred without meeting the above conditions will be void with no entitlement to a refund.
