How do I amend or downgrade my booking?

To request an amendment:

• First, check our Events page to see what is available for your chosen festival.
• Then email info@pinkmoonpresents.co.uk with the exact description and campsite location — e.g. “2 person deluxe bell tent (insert campsite if relevant)”.

All amendments must be requested no later than six weeks before the event. No amendments can be accepted within this period.

Downgrades

If you downgrade to a lower-value accommodation, we will refund the price difference. Please note we do not provide single-person accommodation, so if you have a 2-person tent and only 1 person is attending, this will not alter the price or product.

Upgrades

Upgrades are subject to availability. Any additional monies will be added to the second instalment, which is due no later than six weeks before the event. If the desired accommodation is sold out, a direct switch will not be possible.
