Can I book more than one tent at a time?

It is not possible to book more than one tent at a time. Each tent needs its own order number, so please complete the checkout process separately each time you purchase a tent.

Can I request a specific tent location (e.g. near toilets or a walkway)?

The site plan is auto-generated and can change depending on the layout and number of bookings, so we are unable to guarantee specific tent locations. The exception is for accessibility, disability (including Blue Badge or Nimbus Card holders), or medical needs — in these cases, please contact us and we will make a note on your order and do our best to accommodate you.

Can I order a mattress or air bed as an accessory?

Mattresses are not available as standalone accessories. There may be a camping shop on-site at the festival with mattresses available, but stock could be limited. We recommend purchasing a mattress before you arrive to ensure you have one.

How do I find out what is included in my tent?

To check what is included in your accommodation package: Log in to your account and click the account icon in the top right of the page.Click “My Orders” on the left, then click “View” to see your order.Note your accommodation package (e.g. 2-person Deluxe, 6-person Standard).Go to the website homepage, find your festival, and click “Shop Now”.Select your range or campsite (e.g. Deluxe, Standard).Find your tent and click the “Details” button. A pop-up will show the full list of contents.

How do I book for children under 5?

If you are bringing children under 5, you do not necessarily need to include them in the tent headcount. Here is how to decide: If you are bringing your own travel bed or cot, or plan to share a bed, and do not need bedding or extras for them, you can leave them out of the headcount.If you would like us to provide a bed, bedding, or any other items for them, include them in the headcount when booking.Click the “Details” button on each tent listing to check dimensions and available floor space.If a child is not included in the headcount, we cannot provide package items for them (such as towels).

Can I add a group name or bed configuration to my order?

You can add or amend a group name / bed configuration directly from your account: Log in to your account.Go to “My orders” (on the left-hand menu).Click “View” on the order.Under the Order Details section, click “Order amendments”. You can only amend orders up to six weeks before the festival — after this time we cannot make any changes. If you wish to change the group name, please enter exactly the same group name as your friend(s). Please note — we can only group together tents/plots that are the same type and size. Please pass this on to any other account holders who may also want to change their group name.

Can we be placed next to friends at the festival?

Yes — you can be placed next to friends. To group your bookings together: Everyone in your group must book the same accommodation type (e.g. a 2-person Deluxe Bell Tent).During checkout, enter a group name. Every person in your group must use the exact same group name to link your bookings. In some cases, tents with different headcounts can be placed together as long as they are the same tent size (e.g. a 4m bell tent). You can check tent dimensions by clicking the “Details” button on each listing.

Can members of our group arrive at different times?

Yes — your group does not all need to arrive at the same time. Make sure each person has a copy of the order confirmation, which includes an event pass with a QR code. Show this at reception on arrival — we use the QR code to check in individuals and track how many guests are still to arrive.

Can I transfer or pass on my booking to someone else?

Yes — you can pass your booking on to a third party, subject to the following conditions: Your booking must be paid in full before any transfer can take place.The booking cannot be transferred for profit or resold commercially. You may only pass it on to someone attending in your place.The name on the booking cannot be changed. The third party will attend as your guest, and you remain our customer of record and retain responsibility for the booking.The third party will need a copy of your order confirmation (printed or electronic, displaying the QR code) to gain entry to the site.All communications — including information packs and updates — will continue to be sent to the email address on your account. It is your responsibility to forward relevant information to the third party in a timely manner. Pink Moon Presents does not offer a resale service. Any booking resold commercially or transferred without meeting the above conditions will be void with no entitlement to a refund.

How do I amend or downgrade my booking?

To request an amendment: First, check our Events page to see what is available for your chosen festival.Then email info@pinkmoonpresents.co.uk with the exact description and campsite location — e.g. “2 person deluxe bell tent (insert campsite if relevant)”. All amendments must be requested no later than six weeks before the event. No amendments can be accepted within this period. Downgrades If you downgrade to a lower-value accommodation, we will refund the price difference. Please note we do not provide single-person accommodation, so if you have a 2-person tent and only 1 person is attending, this will not alter the price or product. Upgrades Upgrades are subject to availability. Any additional monies will be added to the second instalment, which is due no later than six weeks before the event. If the desired accommodation is sold out, a direct switch will not be possible.

How do I add accessories to my order?

You can add accessories to your order at any time through your account: Log in to your account by clicking the account icon in the top right of the page.Click “My Orders” on the left-hand side, then click the “View” button.Click the “Add Accessories” button. A menu with pictures, prices, and details will appear — click “Details” for more information about an item.Click “Add to Basket”, then “Add to Order” at the bottom. Any additional cost will either be payable immediately or added to your second instalment, due no later than six weeks before the festival. Electric Picnic early bird customers only: you will also need to purchase the festival early entry ticket separately from the festival website tickets page.

What are the payment terms?

During checkout you can choose to pay in full or split the cost into two instalments: 50% is due at the point of purchase.50% is due no later than six weeks before the festival date. Second instalments are not taken automatically — you will need to log in to your account to make the payment. You will receive reminders six weeks before the deadline.

Can I bring food and drink to the campsite?

Yes — you can bring your own food and drink, including alcohol for personal use, onto the campsite. Please note: Food and drink cannot be taken into the arena area — checks are carried out at the entrance.Check the festival's own website for any specific rules around quantities or restricted items.

How do I charge my phone at the festival?

How you charge your phone depends on your accommodation package: Deluxe or Super Deluxe package: you have power in your tent for mobile phone charging only. Please do not plug in other appliances.All other packages: a central charging station is available on site — a covered seating area with tables and chairs where you can sit and charge your phone. Please do not leave your phone unattended.

What do you need help with?

You need to confirm that you wish to cancel. The following charges apply based on how far in advance you cancel:

More than 180 days before the event: 25% of the total order value is retained.
Between 180 and 42 days before the event: 50% of the total order value is retained.
42 days or fewer before the event: no refund is due.

For example, if you cancel 200 days before the event and have paid 50% of the total order value, you are eligible for a 25% refund of the total order value. Please note — if you have only paid 50% of your total order value at the 180–42 day stage, no refund will be due.

We strongly recommend taking out travel and cancellation insurance to protect your booking against unforeseen circumstances. Written cancellation requests must be submitted to info@pinkmoonpresents.co.uk to initiate the refund process.

Yes — a valid full weekend camping ticket to the relevant festival is required to access our accommodation areas. Day tickets are not accepted, except at standalone shows where a valid ticket for the relevant show day is sufficient.

We strongly advise against booking accommodation with us unless you have already secured a valid festival ticket. We accept no liability for any loss arising from a failure to obtain or retain a valid ticket.

No — gazebos are not permitted at the festival. The space in front of tents must remain clear for emergency vehicle access.

Yes — you can bring your own food and drink, including alcohol for personal use, onto the campsite. Please note:

Food and drink cannot be taken into the arena area — checks are carried out at the entrance.
Check the festival's own website for any specific rules around quantities or restricted items.

How you charge your phone depends on your accommodation package:

Deluxe or Super Deluxe package: you have power in your tent for mobile phone charging only. Please do not plug in other appliances.
All other packages: a central charging station is available on site — a covered seating area with tables and chairs where you can sit and charge your phone. Please do not leave your phone unattended.

We do not supply locks, but you are welcome to bring your own — a small lock that fits a zip works well. Please note that if you lose the key, we will not have a spare and would need to cut the lock to access the tent.

We also recommend keeping valuables with you during the day rather than leaving them in your tent. Our camping village has 24-hour security.

The Pamper Parlour is available at all of our festivals. You can use hair dryers, straighteners, mirrors, and seating there — no booking is needed, just turn up at your convenience.

Please note: you cannot plug your own hair dryers or other appliances into any other power supply on site, including in your tent.

Pink Moon Presents does not accept responsibility for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings left in or around accommodation or campsite areas.

Any lost property found by our staff will be held for a reasonable period after the event. To enquire, email info@pinkmoonpresents.co.uk within 14 days of the event closing date — we cannot guarantee the safekeeping of items beyond this period.

We strongly recommend taking out personal property insurance before attending the event.
